CONSULTATION FEES

Initial Naturopathic Consultation Fee: $240.00 (GST Free) - Initial consults generally last aprox 90 min.

Follow-up Consultation Fee: $120.00 (GST Free) - Follow-up consults generally last aprox 30 min.

CANCELATION POLICY

*Notice Period* Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. This allows time to accommodate other clients and manage schedules effectively.
*Late Cancellations* Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
*No-Show* Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment and have not provided 48 hours' prior notice, will be charged the full appointment fee.
*Confirmation* Clients will receive a reminder notification 48 hours before their appointment. It is the client's responsibility to promptly confirm attendance or contact us regarding any changes. In the event a reminder notification is not received, all preceding conditions remain in force.
